Restrictions on Cromer main beach are seasonal and set by North Norfolk District Council. They typically apply through the summer to part of the central beach only. Because the dates and boundaries change, please check the council listing before you travel rather than relying on a page that may be out of date.
The beaches at Overstrand, East Runton and West Runton are generally more permissive year round and are all within a few minutes drive.
